Launched in 2002, The e-four Corporation was formed to expand the growth opportunities for software and services companies that had become stagnant through the economic downturn. Through significant research and conversations with top executives of software and services firms, we found that a large number of small to mid-sized technology companies were facing growth challenges. This challenge was consistent throughout the marketplace and very few solutions were available to help these companies thrive. In fact, the majority of the companies we spoke to utilized poor hiring practices making the current growth plan even harder to achieve.
The e-four Corporation is built off of a tight-knit client integration model. We take stakeholder positions in the companies we work with and look for paths of accountability.
Within 3 months of operation, e-four scaled to a respectable base of customers and to this day, continues to evolve proven frameworks for strategy, sales and recruiting success.
